Man Shot In Foot Outside Antioch Apartment Complex

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man is recovering after being shot in the foot outside an Antioch apartment complex on Tuesday night.

Police said 26-year-old Jarvis Fason arrived at the Mission Hickory Highlands apartments on Hickory Highlands Drive around 10:30 p.m. and called a woman who lived inside. The woman told her husband that she works with Fason and he had been stalking her.

The husband went outside to confront Fason, and noticed he was armed with a gun. The man struck Fason with his motorcycle helmet.

After the altercation, Fason went back to his car and fired several shots at the husband while he was attempting to flee the area.

The victim was struck once in the foot. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Fason was later located at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. Detectives interviewed him and charged him with aggravated assault.
